TIPS ON USING THE POWDER PUMP:  Shake it up first to loosen the powder; Hold it upright so that the loose powder stays approximately at the bottom of the bottle where the powder dispenser can grab it; Don’t press the pump just once. Press it rapidly several times in a row in a quick series of continuous pumps to get the powder moving and coming out; Don’t just aim on top of hair — aim within hair;  Fluff through hair with fingers.
