Sarah studied at The Paul Mitchell Academy and has been an industry professional since 2010. Her apprenticeship was done under the big names of Frederick Fekkai at the Fifth Avenue Flagship location of The Red Door.
After working for a corporate salon, Elizabeth Arden: The Red Door, for seven years, Sarah wanted to be back where her heart and passion is - working with fellow industry professionals who offer a sense of teamwork and inspiration.
Sarah specializes in women’s cuts, curly hair cutting and styling, and extensions.

Why do you love this industry?
What I love about the industry is the relationships we create with our guests. I get a thrill helping people become the best versions of themselves. For me, the industry was a natural fit; I’ve always gravitated towards it. I get to make people’s dreams come to fruition by allowing their hair to match their personality and give them the confidence to know they feel their best. Connecting with people from all walks of life is my favorite thing about doing what I do.
What do you love about Jersey City?
It has a great small community vibe near a big city (reminds me of home). Here at THRJC, I feel a sense of closeness and support that I’ve been searching for.
